Steel & Aluminum Yacht Construction in Bodrum, Turkey

Puravida Yachts builds custom yachts in steel and aluminum at our shipyard in İçmeler, Bodrum. Steel brings strength and comfort for long-range cruising; aluminum brings lighter weight, higher speeds and shallower drafts. We help you choose the right material for the way you will use your yacht.

Steel Hulls

Steel Yachts for Long-Range Cruising

Steel suits larger, long-range displacement yachts, where strength and comfort underway matter most.

Our flagship, Seven, is a steel-hulled 46 m (151 ft) hybrid sailing yacht, built at our Bodrum yard, launched in 2025 and RINA classified. She reflects the yard's commitment to world-circumnavigating comfort with minimal environmental impact.

A steel build brings every one of our disciplines together — naval engineering, systems and propulsion, joinery, interior and finishing — under one roof. For larger projects, see our superyacht construction page.

Aluminum Hulls

Aluminum Yachts for Speed and Shallow Water

Aluminum is lighter than steel and favors higher speeds and shallower drafts — ideal for performance motor yachts built to explore bays and coastlines.

Our Vida 70 project is a 21.3 m (70 ft) aluminum motor yacht, evolved from the platform of our 18.5 m (61 ft) Puravida motor yacht and powered by twin Volvo Penta D8 600 HP IPS 600 engines. Vida 70 is currently in development at the yard.

Whether you call it aluminum or aluminium, the material rewards careful engineering: our naval architect develops the structure, stability calculations and 3D construction plans in-house, alongside the classification documentation your project requires.
